The Hive - Oman Airport ORAT ConferenceUnder the auspices of HE Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Salem Al-Futaisi, Oman’s Minister of Transport & Communications, the Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) held 'The Hive': the First International Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) Conference at the Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa from March 24 to 26, 2015.

The first of its kind held in the Sultanate, the conference aimed at achieving a number of goals including building and activating channels of communication in the field of ORAT and Airport Management Specialists. 'The Hive' focused on means to ensure successful operation of new airports, and sharing and discussing ORAT concepts and methodologies utilized by numeros organizations from across the world.
